Position: Operations Head Or Executive Assistant to MD

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹80,000–₹1,00,000 per month

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: ANY DEGREE OR MBA

Preferred Candidate: Senior candidate with strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and executive support experience.

Job Description:

1.Manage and coordinate the MD's office and day-to-day priorities.

2.Track all instructions given by the MD and ensure timely completion.

3.Collect weekly status reports from all department and project heads.

4.Follow up with concerned teams on pending tasks and commitments.

5.Coordinate with the SIL team and other group companies.

6.Prepare MIS reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and management reports.

7.Ensure effective communication between the MD and various departments.

8.Maintain confidentiality of business and management information

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
