Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lighting Designer role based in Karnataka, India. The Lighting Designer will design and develop lighting concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring appropriate illumination levels, energy efficiency, and visual comfort. Daily responsibilities include preparing lighting layouts and specifications, selecting fixtures from multiple brands, creating mood boards, and coordinating with architects, interior designers, and project managers. The role involves using design and visualization tools, preparing technical documentation, and supporting sales teams with design input and product recommendations.



The Lighting Designer will also visit project sites to understand requirements, verify installations, and ensure designs are implemented as planned. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Design and Lighting, with a strong understanding of illumination principles and energy-efficient solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architectural Lighting and Interior Design to create cohesive designs that integrate with overall project aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lighting Control, including familiarity with dimming systems, automation, and smart lighting technologies.
• Proficiency with lighting design software (e.g., DIALux, Relux, or similar) and CAD tools for layouts and documentation.
• Relevant education in Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Robust visual, technical, and spatial design skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
