Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for the Wealth Management segment in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing HNI clients, providing tailored investment solutions, driving business growth, and leading a team to achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage HNI clients, building solid and long-term relationships.

- Understand client financial goals and offer suitable investment solutions across Debt, Structured Products, Equities, Mutual Funds, and Real Estate Funds.

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.

- Drive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and B2B/B2C business development.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance wallet share and client profitability.

- Monitor portfolio performance, revenue generation, and team productivity.

- Collaborate with research, investment,



and compliance teams to deliver suitable and compliant investment solutions.

- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, investment products, and regulatory changes.

Required Experience:

- Relevant experience in Wealth Management and HNI client handling.

- Proven experience in team handling and business development.

- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.

- Excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
