- Renewal of gate pass as per requirement
- Completion of 100% activities wrt MDP Creation, Updation and completion for all management cadre employees including Talent Pool members.
- Completion of L&D; activities with BHR Guidelines
- 100% completion of employee engagement activities as per annual calendar.
- Completion of 100% activities wrt MDP Creation, Updation and completion for all management cadre employees including Talent Pool members.
- Issuing of gate pass to project and operation (supply & BSR) ensuring all statutory registration.
- End to end recruitment activities of O&S;, Retainers and Apprentices within BHR guidelines.
- Zero non-compliance during SPSA, TPSA & Internal audit.
- Mobility Management and FNF of Employees, Updating of Compensation Input in Poornata Portal
- At the time of appraisal going to complete the Performance cycle Process of all employees
