Synora Analytics is a growing team helping businesses work smarter with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI solutions. We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive in Chennai who loves talking to people and getting things moving.

Role: Sales Executive (Junior)

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (On-site)

What you'll do

- Reach out to potential clients and start conversations
- Book discovery meetings
- Collect client requirements clearly and accurately
- Hand those requirements over to our developers
- Follow up until the next step is done

Must-have skills

- Good communication, spoken and written
- An outgoing personality and confidence with new people
- Good listening skills: you hear what the client actually needs
- Clear, organised notes
- Professional manners
- A follow-up habit: nothing slips through
- Comfort with basic tools (email, calendar, Excel/Sheets, a CRM)

Good to have (we'll train you)

- A basic idea of ERP systems
- Some familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power BI

How a first client meeting looks

You'll learn to ask six straightforward questions:

1. What does your business do,



and who are your customers?
2. What problem are you trying to solve right now?
3. How do you handle it today, and what isn't working?
4. What would success look like six months from now?
5. Who else is involved in this decision?
6. What timeline and budget are you working with?

What you hand to the developer

After each meeting, you'll pass on a short handover like this one:

- Client: ABC Traders (wholesale distribution, 40 staff)
- Contact: Ravi Kumar, Operations Manager
- Problem: Stock and sales are tracked in separate Excel sheets, so reports take 2 days
- Current setup: Excel + Tally
- Goal: One live dashboard for stock, sales and pending orders
- Possible solution: Power BI dashboard connected to their data
- Decision makers: Ravi + the MD
- Timeline: Within 6 weeks
- Budget: Shared as a range, to be confirmed
- Next step: Demo call booked for Thursday, 11 AM
