About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Engagement Intern to help grow our clients' online presence through community building, interactive content, and day-to-day social media management.

Duration: 3 months | Stipend: 6K

Job Type: Full-time Internship (Remote)

What You’ll Learn & Master

- Basics of Socials: Platform fundamentals, core goals, and the unique differences between Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Lead Generation: Driving engagement and converting audience interactions into leads through strategic social media tactics.
- Essential Tools & Research: Hands-on experience with Canva (for content creation), basic AI tools (for workflow efficiency), and Meta Business Suite (for scheduling and analytics).
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking key metrics (reach, impressions, likes, saves) to build basic performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, engage, and respond to community comments, messages,



and mentions.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-platform social media posts.
- Research trending hashtags, topics, and industry news to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Robust written, verbal communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, current trends, and basic design/AI tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
