Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex client projects across ANR’s service lines. This role includes leading project scoping, developing timelines and resource plans, and coordinating with internal teams and offshore talent to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Manager will manage project risks and dependencies, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates and performance reports to stakeholders. Typical day-to-day tasks involve organizing project meetings, tracking milestones, aligning logistics and inspection activities as needed,



and driving continuous improvement in project processes. The role also requires mentoring project teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining strong, professional communication with clients to support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working as an Expeditor and handling Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Practical knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality control and compliance within project deliverables.
- Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and workflows across multiple locations and teams.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional, remote teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with global clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an asset.
- Prior experience managing offshore or distributed teams and familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
