Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and helping coordinate training and development activities. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy communication, helping administer employee benefits and attendance systems, and assisting with personnel-related queries under supervision.



The role also involves preparing HR reports, assisting with HR documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive and compliant workplace environment. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Advantages.
