Qualifications/Education & Experience:  BE- Mechanical + MBA from valuable institution  10 years BD experience of which atleast 3- 5 years exposure in Aerospace/Aerostructures BD Mandatory Skills/Competency: Conversant with Complete Business Development Cycle. Exposure to negotiate contractual terms with the customer RFI/RFQ, Proposal Making, Submission & Follow up. Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions. Ability to prioritize on key deliverables. MIS, Market Intelligence  Experience of having handled international clients  Excellent written & oral communication , Presentation and interpersonal skills Sound Knowledge of ISO /AS Process Worked/Exposure to systems/processes of major Aerospace OEMs (Example Airbus, Boeing Dassault, GE etc) and their leading Tier 1/2 Desirable Skills/Competency: Excellent communication skills and business acumen Relationships with other industry partners Knowledge of Aerospace sheetmetal manufacturing and assembly supply chain
