Data Scientist - Senior

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior-Level Data Scientist to join our data team. In this role, you will leverage
statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering skills to provide valuable insights that support decision-
making across the organization. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and optimize predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business
- objectives.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to improve model performance and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and optimize data pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning,



and AI technologies, applying relevant
- knowledge to enhance team practices.
- Document methodologies, code, and processes for reproducibility and transparency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful analyses and solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data processing frameworks like Spark is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

Ability to communicate complex data insights in a explicit and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
