Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Stewards. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.




Support upselling and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service, preferably in fine dining.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of table service, menu presentation, and restaurant etiquette.
Well-groomed, presentable, and guest-focused.
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant setting.
