Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced North Indian All-Rounder Cook who can independently manage daily kitchen operations and prepare a wide variety of authentic North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

The ideal candidate should have robust culinary skills, knowledge of kitchen management, food hygiene, and the ability to maintain consistent food quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Independently manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food quality, taste, consistency and presentation.
Manage kitchen ingredients, inventory and stock requirements.




Minimize food wastage and ensure effective utilization of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
Handle overall kitchen responsibilities independently.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
3–8 years of experience as a Cook / All-Rounder Cook.
Strong expertise in North Indian cuisine.
Hands-on experience preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Ability to independently manage kitchen operations.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety and kitchen management.
Experience in ingredient management, stock handling and minimizing wastage.
Willingness to relocate/work in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
