Requirements

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Perks Configuration.
Robust hands-on experience in SAP Perks Administration.
Experience configuring benefit plans and Open Enrollment.
Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and Savings Plans.
Experience with PA40 Personnel Actions and Benefits Infotypes.
Hands-on experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments.
Exposure to OData and Fiori services.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production support.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
