Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku, Apex (Sync/Async), LWC/Aura, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services, and Platform Events.
Expertise in Git/GitHub, branching strategies, PR reviews, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Experience with Dev Hub, Scratch Orgs, sandbox management, data masking, seeding, backups, and restoration.
Design scalable solutions, manage production issues, perform RCA, and implement release runbooks and rollback strategies.
Ensure Salesforce security and compliance (CRUD/FLS/Sharing), bulkification, governor limits, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
