job Description:

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist with bachelor's degree in architecture with solid expertise in SketchUp and rendering software to create high-quality architectural and design visualizations. The ideal candidate should be able to transform concepts, CAD drawings, or references into realistic 3D models and renders.

Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp
Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders
Work on architectural/exterior/interior visualization projects
Apply materials, lighting, and textures effectively
Collaborate to understand design requirements and deliver on time

Required Skills:
Proficiency in SketchUp
Experience with rendering software such as:
V-Ray
Lumion
Enscape
Twinmotion (any equivalent is a plus)
Valuable understanding of lighting, textures, and composition




Ability to interpret architectural drawings or concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in architectural visualization
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or Blender (optional but beneficial)
Solid portfolio showcasing 3D work
