Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and an interest in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Post job openings on job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Contact candidates, explain job requirements, and conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
Maintain candidate databases, resumes, and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with colleges and placement agencies for candidate sourcing.
Assist with onboarding,



employee documentation, attendance, and other HR administrative activities.
Support employee communication and general HR operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, email, and job portals.
Valuable organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple candidates.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and candidates with relevant HR experience may apply.
