We are looking for a confident and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and generate sales opportunities for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in calling leads, communicating with prospects, following up with potential clients, and convincing them to explore our services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain relevant digital marketing services to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Maintain lead records and update follow-up status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
Requirements
Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling outbound calls and following up with prospects.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
