We Are Hiring | HR Operations Executive

Location: Chennai
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and maintain statutory records.
Coordinate with the corporate HR team for payroll, compliance, and other HR-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations within the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory.
Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
