Hybrid in Current Delhi / Bengaluru

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across APAC.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires quick. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end hiring across key commercial business areas
Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers




Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

What You Bring:
5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
Fluent in English
Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
Ability to build robust, trusted partnerships with our client
