Job Title: Senior Architect – Hospitality & Institutional Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with expertise in hospitality and institutional projects, solid conceptual design skills, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design from concept development to construction documentation.
Develop space programmes, area statements, and layouts while ensuring compliance with FAR/FSI, building bye-laws, and applicable codes.
Prepare working drawings, technical specifications, estimates, tender documents, and RFPs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
Lead team members and ensure timely project completion.





Requirements:
B.Arch degree is mandatory.
8+ years of relevant architectural experience.
Strong expertise in hospitality and institutional architecture.
Excellent design, technical detailing, project coordination, and team management skills.
Willingness to work in person in Noida.
