In this role, you will handle customer inquiries through a blended process (both chat and voice channels). Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist customers with their queries, resolving issues efficiently via both chat and voice channels.
Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and polite communication with clients and customers.
Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
Process Adherence: Follow guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Data Logging: Accurately record customer interactions and resolution details in the system.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Language Proficiency:



Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed for chat processes.
Work Shift: Versatile to work in afternoon/evening shifts (2:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM).
Attributes: Strong listening skills, empathetic attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
