Department: Marketing & Creative
Reports To: Managing Director

Role Purpose

To plan and coordinate marketing strategies and creative execution for the company and its clients, covering research, strategy, content planning, delivery, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Research brands, competitors, audiences, and trends.
Develop marketing strategies.
Prepare monthly content calendars.
Create reel concepts, scripts, campaigns, and creative briefs.
Coordinate designers, editors, and production crew.
Manage content schedules.
Review deliverables against client briefs.
Monitor campaign and social media performance.
Prepare reports and recommendations.




Contribute to the company's own brand positioning and portfolio.
Coordinate with Sales on realistic client proposals.

Required Skills & Qualities
Robust creative and strategic thinking.
Positive writing, research, and presentation skills.
Ability to convert briefs into actionable plans.
Practical digital marketing and social media knowledge.
Organisation, ownership, and willingness to learn.
Relevant portfolio, case study, or campaign exercise.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
