Documed Healthcare LLP is hiring Medical Scribes to support U.S.-based healthcare providers through accurate and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review SOAP notes, Initial Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Re-Evaluations.
Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Maintain patient confidentiality and quality standards.
Collaborate with the QA team to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
Excellent written English and medical terminology.




Solid attention to detail and computer proficiency.
Prior medical scribing or clinical documentation experience is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English
