Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or related field
Experience: 5–6 years
Reports to: Quality Head
Job Purpose: Ensure smooth delivery quality and the food safety agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate quality checks on process parameters and ensure product quality meets standards
Raw material and packing material (RM/PM) testing, and calibration of lab instruments
Quality compliance for recent product development (NPD) trials
Handle shift activities, quality incidents and action plan closure, including salvage of HOLD and rejected material
Quality data keeping and analysis, and updating Co-pack reports
Ensure GMP, personal hygiene, plant hygiene and sanitation on the shop floor, including allergen control and cross-contamination prevention
Pest management programme,
product traceability and monthly traceability audits
Support ISO-22000 and QA documentation, and keep records up to date
Resolve process-related market complaints and prepare CAPA
ETP, WTP and RO water testing
Train and guide shop-floor staff
Skills Required: People management, analytical skills for quality deviations, planning and execution, and a robust safety attitude.
Targets: No consumer complaints in the shift and zero nonconformance in process audits and ISO-22000 audits.
