Education & Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
CA/CPA qualification is highly preferred.
High standards of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented approach with strong financial domain expertise.
Good understanding of Oracle is an added advantage.
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze current and historical trends in key financial performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditure.
Monitor financial performance indicators, identify trends, and analyze the reasons for unexpected variances.
Oversee and continuously improve budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and financial modelling tools.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.




Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required.
Implement and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to develop dashboards and performance reports.
Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Analyze ROI for marketing programs, menu pricing, recent rollouts, and business projects.
Develop financial models and conduct analyses to support strategic business initiatives.
Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial recommendations to management.
Support senior management and department heads with detailed financial analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
