Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the electrical maintenance systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are created and followed.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards.
Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, identifying cost saving opportunities and ensuring productive resource allocation.
Address guest complaints regarding maintenance issues in a timely and qualified manner.
Work effectively with other departments including housekeeping and front desk to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
BE /Diploma in Electrical
C Licence
5 to 10 years of proven experience in service /industrial sectors.
Solid technical knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
Solid safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
Liaison with government bodies(TNEB,fire dept,TNPCB)
