Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage student placements, build relationships with companies, and support students in securing suitable job opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Identify job prospects for students and coordinate placement activities.
Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews and career guidance.
Coordinate with companies regarding job openings and recruitment requirements.
Maintain student placement records and prepare placement reports.




Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
Monitor placement progress and ensure placement targets are achieved.
Coordinate with academic teams to improve students' employability skills.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in placement management or recruitment.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and industry requirements.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate with companies, recruiters, and students.
Good organizational and team management skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
