Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Nampally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: 30000 to 40000 PM

Experience: 2 to 4 Year as a Personal Assistant

Qualification: Any Degree

Job Description:
Coordinate with Vertical Heads and Project Heads for regular project updates and ensure all tasks are tracked systematically.
Share daily general updates across all verticals and ensure clarity in internal communication.
Ensure timely follow-ups, implementations and closure of pending tasks through Salesforce.
Generate weekly and monthly reports from Salesforce and maintain accurate data entry at all times.
Handle Banjara Store Salesforce entries, tracking and reporting.
Maintain and update employee personal data files and documentation records.
Ensure proper maintenance of inward and outward material movement records.
Maintain a record of all equipment and devices of the company which has been handed over to the team.
Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure regular office cleaning and hygiene standards.
To assist with Attendance on a daily basis and provide an overview to the management.




Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Ensure birthday celebrations are organized and executed for all staff members.
Coordinate vendors and manage budgets for events and gifting requirements.
Support social media documentation and data sharing during the weekly meetings and during company events
Maintain proper documentation of administrative processes and ensure audit readiness.
Organize site visits or internal review meetings as required.
Handle executive and personal support tasks related to reporting authority as and when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personal matters.
Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
