Job Title: Quality Control Engineer – Interior / Construction Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to inspect ongoing site work, ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, identify defects, and maintain quality standards throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect ongoing civil and interior fit-out works at the project site.
Verify work quality against approved drawings, specifications, and checklists.
Inspect finishing works, including flooring, painting, carpentry, ceiling, partitions, and installations.
Identify defects, deviations, and workmanship issues and report them to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to implement corrective actions.
Conduct inspections at different stages of execution before work is approved or covered up.




Verify that materials used match approved samples and specifications.
Maintain quality inspection reports, snag lists, and corrective-action records.
Monitor rectification of defects and ensure closure of pending quality issues.
Support final inspection, snag clearance, and project handover.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of construction quality control and interior fit-out execution.
Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
Experience in site inspections, snagging, and quality reporting.
Positive observation, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
