Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed BOQs for civil and precast concrete projects.
Study drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Calculate material quantities, labour costs, transportation costs, and other project expenses.
Prepare quotations, rate analysis, and cost comparison statements.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and purchase departments for project costing.
Review project drawings and identify quantity variations.
Prepare tender estimates and commercial proposals.
Follow up on revised drawings, quantities, and client requirements.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil estimation.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying,



and rate analysis.
Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
Knowledge of MS Excel and estimation software.
Valuable understanding of construction materials, concrete, and precast products.
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
