Product Support Advocate – Microsoft Process
Handle technical queries related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, Surface, and other Microsoft products
Troubleshoot issues through voice, chat, and email
Assist customers with "How-To" queries and product configuration
Provide remote troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards

Required:
1+ years of Technical/Product Support experience mandatory
Microsoft product support experience preferred
Excellent English communication and troubleshooting skills
Gaming Support – Phone & Chat
Handle customer queries through phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot gaming products, software, hardware, and connectivity issues
Assist with billing, subscriptions, refunds, and account-related queries




Guide customers through product setup and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate tickets and ensure timely resolution

Required:
1+ years of Gaming/Technical Support experience mandatory
Gaming support experience preferred
Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Common Eligibility
Freshers are NOT eligible
15 years of full-time education is mandatory
Comfortable with rotational/international shifts
Solid English communication skills

CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
