Position: Client Relationship Executive – Billing
Location: Ashok Vihar (Phase 3), Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Valuable hike on last CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls/emails related to billing & payments.
Maintain billing records & share payment outstanding reports.
Follow up with clients for payments.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
Maintain positive client relationships and resolve billing issues.
Skills Required:
Strong communication & client handling
Good in MS Excel
Solid follow-up & coordination skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
