About the Role

We are looking for a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations at Autus Digital Agency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a digital marketing or service-based agency setting and be comfortable handling end to end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups with clients
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entries in accounting software
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability of the organization

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, or related field
3- 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a digital marketing/agency setup)
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
Good understanding of invoicing cycles in service-based businesses
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling finances for digital marketing or advertising agencies
Familiarity with project based billing and client retainers
Knowledge of financial reporting tools and Excel (advanced level preferred)
