Job Summary: Responsible for providing skilled food and beverage service to guests while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in the restaurant and other assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide courteous food and beverage service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations.
Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team members for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Follow instructions from the F&B; Supervisor and Manager.

Required Knowledge and Skills:




Basic knowledge of restaurant service and table setup.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Understanding of personal hygiene and food safety.
Basic communication and guest-handling skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Knowledge of menu items and order-taking procedures is preferred.

Qualification and Experience:
Minimum qualification: 10th or Intermediate.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Hotel management qualification or relevant experience is an advantage.

Reporting To: F&B; Supervisor / F&B; Manager

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
