About the Role

TopRock Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and support the hiring process across various positions. Candidates with prior recruitment experience in chain restaurants or the F&B; industry will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers,



and hiring status reports.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and role expectations.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Support offer negotiations, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience recruiting for chain restaurants, QSRs, cafés, or the F&B; industry is preferred.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, MS Excel, and recruitment trackers.
Solid coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
