We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Handle manpower planning, talent acquisition, and workforce management.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Implement performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisals.
Organize employee training, development, and engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements.




Maintain HR records, employee databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with senior management and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll management systems.
Ability to independently manage HR operations and multiple responsibilities.
