The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, robust interpersonal abilities, and a positive attitude toward customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
Communicate clearly and confidently with potential customers.





Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Energetic, dynamic, and creative personality.
Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
