Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain financial products and loan-related services to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Assist customers with basic queries regarding financial services.
Coordinate with customers for required documents and application status.
Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
Requirements
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Interest in sales, customer service, and financial products.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
