You will create a welcoming classroom where young children build confidence, develop essential skills and enjoy learning through play, stories, music, movement and hands-on activities.

Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons using the school’s curriculum and teacher guides.
Helping children settle into school and develop positive daily routines.
Supporting early language, phonics, numeracy, creativity and fine-motor development.
Maintaining a secure, clean and organised classroom.
Following school procedures for supervision, attendance, hygiene and authorised pickup.
Observing children’s progress and maintaining simple learning records.
Communicating respectfully with parents about their child’s learning and development.
Participating in teacher training, lesson reviews and team discussions.
Contributing to school celebrations, learning showcases and parent-engagement activities.

We would love to meet someone who:
Enjoys working with young children and treats them with patience, warmth and respect.
Communicates clearly in English; Tamil communication skills are an advantage.
Is dependable, organised and comfortable working as part of a small team.
Is willing to learn, receive feedback and try current teaching approaches.
Can use basic digital tools to prepare activities and maintain records.
Can travel reliably to our Manapakkam campus.

A qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori training, Nursery Teacher Training or a related field is preferred. Previous preschool experience is an advantage. Freshers with relevant training and a robust interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,200.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
