Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician & Plumber (Multi-Skilled Technician) to handle day-to-day electrical and plumbing maintenance across the venue/resort. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and ensure all guest areas, halls, rooms, and back-of-house facilities operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, lighting, switches, and power points.
Handle basic plumbing works including pipelines, taps, flush systems, and leakage repairs.
Monitor water tanks, pumps, motors, and EB meter readings.
Attend guest complaints and complete maintenance requests quickly.
Support banquet and event setups with electrical and water arrangements.
Perform preventive maintenance checks in rooms, halls, kitchen, dining, and common areas.




Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and report major repairs to management.
Follow safety procedures and maintain tools properly.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
Basic knowledge of wiring, DB panels, pumps, and water systems.
Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
