Job Title: Sr. HR Executive / HR Manager

Experience: 6–7 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate and shop-floor positions.
Manage onboarding, induction, performance appraisal, KPI setting and employee engagement.
Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC and contract labour.
Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, contractor labour, attendance and biometric systems.
Coordinate with the QHSE team for workplace safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
Organize employee training, skill development and HR administration activities.
Lead a team of 3 HR personnel and maintain a positive work culture.

Requirements:
Robust knowledge of HR operations, industrial relations and labour law compliance.
Experience in heavy engineering or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll and attendance management systems.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati and English.
