Woodrock Infotech is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead our BPO team, drive performance, and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide coaching to team members.
Track daily performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Ensure process compliance and maintain service quality.
Support team members in resolving operational challenges.
Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work setting.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO sector.
Robust leadership and team management skills.




Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage targets and handle team performance effectively.
Positive knowledge of performance tracking and reporting.
