Asset Management Executive

Location: Lower parel - Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage company assets, including IT equipment, laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other office assets.
Maintain accurate records of asset allocation, movement, and returns.
Track asset inventory and update records regularly.
Coordinate the issue and return of assets to employees.
Conduct physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
Identify missing, damaged, or faulty assets and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare asset-related reports and maintain Excel sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for asset transfers, repairs, and replacements.
Ensure proper tagging and documentation of all assets.
Follow company procedures for asset management and inventory control.





Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of computers and IT asset Accessiories
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in IT Asset Management / Inventory / Procument/ Store Management will be preferred.
