Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through live chat.
Maintain excellent written English and customer service standards.
Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Valuable typing speed and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
