knowledge and hands-on experience in Husky and ASB injection moulding machines.

Experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning, execution, and adherence.
3
Valuable experience in Breakdown Maintenance, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
4
Robust knowledge of Husky injection, transfer, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems.
5
Experience in ASB machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mould-related maintenance.
6
Ability to identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
7
Experience in machine overhauling, cylinder resealing, valve maintenance, and critical spare management.
8
Valuable knowledge of PLC, servo systems, sensors, drives, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
9
Ability to reduce machine downtime and breakdown frequency while improving machine availability.
