Counsel students regarding online courses such as MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
Handle student inquiries and follow up with prospective leads.
Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Assist students with application forms, document verification, and fee payment.
Maintain student records and update lead status in CRM.
Provide admission-related support and coordinate with university teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in admission counselling, telecalling, or EdTech sales is preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of online courses like MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.
Target-oriented with robust follow-up skills.
