WE ARE HIRING BDE (Institutional Tie-ups)
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Experience: 4 Years
Salary: 30,000–40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage institutional tie-ups with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
Build partnerships with industries and corporate organizations.
Coordinate manpower hiring and placement opportunities.
Manage NAPS & NATS apprenticeship program tie-ups.
Generate current business prospects and maintain client relationships.
Conduct meetings with institutional and industry stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development and Institutional Tie-ups.
Experience in manpower hiring, placements, or industry partnerships preferred.
Knowledge of NAPS and NATS programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
