Job Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and onboard recent merchants.
Promote PhonePe POS/EDC and other merchant solutions.
Visit shops/outlets regularly and build merchant relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.
Follow up with leads and complete KYC/documentation.
Track competition and market activities.
Handle merchant queries and provide basic support.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or 10+3 Diploma.
Experience in B2B/B2C field sales preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Must have a own bike and valid driving licence.
Comfortable with daily field visits and merchant meetings.
Knowledge of the local language and market.
Ready to work on targets and incentives.
