Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor calling productivity, lead follow-ups, application quality, and conversion rates
Drive lead generation and conversion for IndiGo Credit Card applications.

Required Candidate profile

Must be Graduate
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably with team-handling Experience in the BFSI sector is mandatory
Prior experience in an outbound credit card sales campaign is required.
