Designation: Fit-Out Manager
Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Experience Requirements
712 years of overall experience, with relevant experience in commercial fit-out projects.
Proven experience managing tenant fit-outs in Grade-A commercial office buildings.
Exposure to corporate office fit-outs, business parks, IT parks, or mixed-use developments.
Positive understanding of civil, architectural, interior finishing, and MEP coordination activities.
Knowledge of building services, fire and life safety requirements, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Experience managing multiple contractors, tenant requirements, drawing approvals, inspections, and project handovers.
Robust knowledge of site safety, quality control, project scheduling, and building compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Additional qualifications or certifications in project management, construction management, or interior fit-out execution will be an advantage.
